Chartered Building Surveyor / Director Bristol Circa £45,000 in year one. In excess of £50,000 thereafter Are you an experienced Chartered Building Surveyor looking for something a bit different? There is a unique opportunity for a Chartered Building Surveyor in the Bristol area to work for an independent surveying practice with national coverage. The successful Chartered Building Surveyor will immediately assume the role of ‘Director` in the Bristol area and will become responsible for managing their own workload. This position offers an unrivalled degree of autonomy and flexibility, with the option of working from home. The majority of the work is within the residential market sector; whilst an element of business development is encouraged, all work will be fed to you to process accordingly. All building surveys involve an on-site inspection of the property and the preparation of a bespoke report. Where they vary is in the detail – surveys can be basic or extremely thorough depending on the clients needs, the property itself and the clients budget.
