Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Office Administrator/Document Control Assistant to work for a national construction organisation to be based on one of their large projects in Vauxhall.
You will be required to work aside the Document Controller and Head of Site Admin.
Duties will include:
Issue Documents according to project requirements
Archiving/Scanning and Printing
Data Entry
Use electronic systems to maintain records of ingoing and outgoing files
Job requirements:
You must be IT Literate
Strong knowledge of Excel is beneficial
Experience of data entry preferred
Previous experience working within the Construction Industry is highly advantageous
Previous document control experience preferred
Strong communication skills required
This is a long term contract starting the first week of February which runs for one year.
Hours: Monday - Friday 08:00 - 17:00
Rate: £9.50 PH
