MRICS Quantity Surveyor/ Cost Consultant Melbourne, Australia Our client are a PQS Consultancy/ Cost Consultancy with offices across the globe. They are seeking an MRICS Quantity Surveyor for a position based from their offices in Melbourne Australia. Roles in Australia are popular, we will only be able to communicate with and accept applications from candidates who meet the following requirements: Requirements for the MRICS Quantity Surveyor / Cost Consultant * Candidates must have MRICS - Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors * A degree qualification in Quantity Surveying or another Construction/ Building degree qualification * Candidates must have current Australian Nationality or a transferable work permit/ visa for Australia * Experience of working with a Cost Consultancy / PQS * Experience of Retail and commercial or Mixed Use Projects * Ideally experience of Retail roll out, this is not essential * A minimum of Circa 3 years post qualification and a maximum of circa 7 years Salary & Benefits Excellent basic salary and package, dependent upon experience.
