Contracts Manager (Construction) Position: Contracts Manager Location: Warwickshire Salary: £65,000 - £70,000 plus highly competitive benefits package Company: Leading National Contractor The Opportunity: My Client is a leading national contractor that specialises in the motor, retail, commercial, industrial, residential and educational sectors from new build to refurbishments projects. Their main contracting division has extensive experience delivering complex extensions, fit outs, refurbishments and new build projects. They are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to join their highly successful team. The successful Contracts Manager will be responsible for multiple site delivery teams. Ensuring the day to day running's and successful delivery of fit out, refurbishment and new build contracts from inception to completion whilst ensuring quality and budget targets are achieved. The Key Requirements: * Main contractor background * BSc Construction Management or Civil Engineering, MCIOB, HND Building or similar * Stable employment history * Commercially minded Role: * Managing multiple projects using subcontract labour with values ranging from £5m - £30m ensuring the delivery of projects meet client's expectations of quality, service, cost and programme, * Responsible for programme management, coordinating with internal departments, external suppliers and labour only sub-contractors * Provide support on site to subcontract labour ensuring full H&S compliance Qualifications: * SMSTS and CSCS card holder * First aid at work * BSc Construction Management or Civil Engineering, MCIOB, HND Building or similar Why Should I Apply? * The culture is relaxed and informal with an open door policy and big teamwork ethic. * They have excellent staff retention and promote from within where possible * Strong pipeline of work secured for 2017 * Potential career progression beyond this position.
