Quantity Surveyor

Quantity Surveyor urgently required to join a leading high spec housing developer in Cornwall. Typical projects include the design and construction of 2 – 6 bedrooms houses, flats and apartments with particular emphasis on quality materials, workmanship and finishes. The ideal candidate will have experience in quantity surveying and be competent in all commercial aspects from tender through procurement, sub contract appointment, variations, valuations, CVR’s, sub contract payments and final accounts. The ideal background would be forged with a notable housing developer or reputable main contractor in the house building sector.
