Roaming Site Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Site Manager to join a large housing developer travelling to sites from West Midlands to South West. Typical projects include the design and construction of 2 - 6 bedrooms houses, flats and apartments. The ideal candidate will have previous experience within a Site Manager role along with a solid background in constructing multi unit residential projects for either a major developer or main contractor in the house building market. As the right candidate you will have a particularly strong background in second fix internal works and high spec finishes. In addition you must have SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS.
