Architectural Project Leader Worcestershire Up to £38,000 A multi disciplinary consultancy with a strong presence nationwide and an exciting growth plan, have a requirement for a personable and experienced Architectural Project Leader to join their team. In the role of Architectural Project Leader, you will be responsible for all aspects of a number of Public Sector projects. From the initial feasibility stage and producing working drawing packages then taking the projects to site. You will be liaising with clients on a daily basis and keeping them fully up to date with the finances and progression of the projects. With schemes spread across the South East, South West and Central England, you will be comfortable with travelling regularly. As an Architectural Project Leader working with Public Sector buildings, a varied background including Education and M.O.J projects experience is highly advantageous. Summary • Experience running a number of projects at any one time • Able to produce strong working drawing packages using Revit and AutoCAD • Strong co-ordination skills • Confident liaising with clients • Have a strong understanding of building regulations for large scale and listed buildings. Although Ideally a permanent position for the right person they can be flexible and look at a contract.
