Senior Mechanical Project Manager We are working on behalf of a mechanical contracting company looking after the shell and core of one of Central London's most prominent new commercial projects. Of particular interest in the need to secure an experience Senior Mechanical Project Manager to run this £6M mechanical package. This building will comprise of 35 floors of commercial space, so the successful Senior Mechanical Project Manager will need to have experience running high rise new build projects and be well versed in running large teams of engineers, construction manager, supervisors and subcontracted labour. This phase of works is the first in what could be a very long line of work with the main contractor / end client and we are happy to look at a Senior Mechanical Project Manager who would like to remain freelance. Salary £375 - £450/day
