Senior Site Manager

My client is an award winning privately owned residential developer responsible for building quality homes in,Hampshire, Surrey and Berkshire. They are looking to recruit a Senior Site Manager for a new build housing scheme, near Nursling just north of Southampton. The site in traditionally build housing scheme and you will be working on site with an Assistant Manager. Applicants will ideally have experience of working for a residential developer in a Site Management position. As Site Manager you will be responsible for the management of the various sub-contractors on site ensuring that they adhere to the company health, safety and Quality standards. You will require good communication skills and the ability to work to deadlines and It is essential that applicants should be able to display a settled career history as well as up to date CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid tickets.
