Contracts Manager

Client: My client are a Main Contractor who have been established for 90+ years and operate from their Head Office in Hertfordshire covering counties including: Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Cambridge, Essex and also work within the M25. Role: My client are looking for a Contracts Manager who can operate on projects from initial tender through to PC incorporating: planning, programming, design, management of client, H&S and the day to day running of their jobs. This is an opportunity to join a growing division within the business which are looking to add £4m to the turnover of the business unit within the next 2 years. You will be responsible for running 3-4 jobs within the Fit Out sector of Construction operating on High End Commercial & Retail jobs. Responsibilities: • Tender • Planning • Programme • Design • Client Management • Management of Professional services team • H&S • Day to day running of jobs In Return: In return my client are happy to pay a competitive salary of up to £70,000 + Package (Car / Car Allowance, Travel, Pension, Medical, Discretionary bonus
