Success has found them quickly, and so they are now seeking to expand their existing team by appointing a Middle-weight Interior Designer. Working as part of a tight-knit team, you will be involved in the delivery a variety of projects, from initial conception and design stages through to completion. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Interior Designer to challenge themselves in a growing and creative environment. Responsibilities: • Working on projects through to completion • Production of full working drawing packages • Conceptual designs and feasibilities • Space planning and layout design • Handling FF&E requirements • Liaising with clients and contractors • Conducting surveys and site visits Experience/Skills: • Previous experience in a similar role is essential • Any job running experience is advantageous • Knowledge of residential projects • Strong technical, design and creative skills • Experienced in AutoCAD, SketchUp and Adobe suite. • Good communication and organisational skills Niyaa People represent Architectural professionals seeking freelance or permanent employment across the Country from our Birmingham office.
