Project Quantity Surveyor | £52m New Build | NW London Reference: 16701 Position: Project Quantity Surveyor Project: £52m New Build Residential, 360 high spec apartments Location: North West London Salary: £50k to £60k plus great package The residential developer have a brand new project where the groundworks have started on site this month. They have a small team in place and are looking for a Project Quantity Surveyor to join the Managing and Assistant Surveyor. As a Project Quantity Surveyor you will report into the Managing Quantity Surveyor on this £52m development. There are several high rise RC frame towers and the 360 apartments are to be finished in a high specification. This is a very modern project which is situated in an affluent area and the piling has just started so you will be there from the start then seeing the project through to completion in summer 2020. You must have experience working as a Project Quantity Surveyor for residential developers or main contractors. However you must have experience in residential projects, in particular new build housing. A Quantity Surveying or construction qualification is required and stable UK work experience.
