I have a potentially long term opportunity for an M&E Quantity Surveyor to join an established and busy M&E Contractor at their offices on the London/Essex border. Working across the residential, commercial, education, hospital & student accommodation sectors, you'll be joining a commercial team of 5 and undertaking a variety of commercial duties including: - MEP Cost Planning - Tender Management - Final Accounts - and, Post contract cost control Suitable candidates will need to have experience of working in the UK's Mechanical & Electrical sectors for a contractor and live within a reasonable commute of their offices in Chigwell.
