Senior Project Manager

Consultant: Mike Crosson Position: Permanent Senior Project Manager Location: North West Today I registered a fantastic new Senior Project Manager job with one of our best clients in the North West. They are looking for strong and professional Senior Project Managers who can run sites of up to £50m as an autonomous Number 1. Reporting directly into the Operations Director you won't have a Contracts Manager managing the client facing activity! You must be confident in managing client's expectations and achieving client satisfaction. The initial project will be a multiple block residential scheme in Manchester City Centre. Other sectors include Education, Leisure, Healthcare and Industrial. A mixed background is preferable, but you must have managed a substantial multi-storey residential build previously. Values range from £5m - £50m. Skills required: * Experience in managing Design & Build residential projects, preferably as Number 1 * Strong technical knowledge, supported by either professional qualifications or demonstrable experience * Good commercial awareness and understanding of how to work closely with QS's * Understanding of the importance of client relationships and experienced in achieving client satisfaction as a Number 1 * Ability to manage site teams of up to 10 direct staff * Willingness to commit to an employer in the long-term and strive for promotion The successful Senior Project Manager will receive: * Basic salary of up to £70,000 dependent on the individual * Additional industry leading benefits package * Real promotion prospects and access to a pipeline of work years' long Application Process If you are interested in the role of Senior Project Manager please submit all CV applications to (url removed), or call (Apply online only) in the first instance, and we will contact you within 3 working days if your application has been successful.
