Quantity Surveyor

Interaction Recruitment are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join a thriving, young groundworks and civils contractor located between Notts/Derby. Our client has demonstrated sustained growth since launch and are now seeking a new addition to their team that will see them further develop within their market. Current projects range from approx £200k - £400k with a strong emphasis on pre-construction, though project values are increasing, along with a broadening scope of works. All cost management/tendering etc. has been managed to date by the Directors, though the business is now in a strong position to bring in an individual who will act as the sole QS for the company. This gives the successful applicant the perfect opportunity to make their mark and look to grow a team around them as things move forward. Partial home working may be an option, with the remainder of time being spent between site and our clients office located between Notts/Derby. Salary/package is open for discussion and flexible dependent on experience.
