Finishing Foreman

Our client, a National Residential Developer are seeking a Finishing Foreman to join their team on a project in NW London. They work on a national basis on large residential and mixed use developments, on a range of properties including houses and apartments You will be mainly involved with the finishing trades on a the finishing stages for this residential site, and this will keep you busy for 3 or 4 months. You will be a strong finishing manager/ internal site manager to join their project in North West London immediately. Your role will be to help push the units on to completion, so you will be dealing with a number of trades and snagging the units. You should be driven, have previous experience working on similar projects and have CSCS & SMSTS in date
