M&E Manager-West Midlands-Permanent-45,000-55,000 The Client • One of the UK`s main contractor is currently recruiting for a high calibre M&E Manager to join their team in the West Midlands. • Our client has had great success so far and will be able to ensure a promising future for the potential M&E Manager • With turnover secured for this year this is a promising role with the opportunity to progress and become part of a strong and experienced team – typically working on projects from £10 m to £50 m in an array of projects including new build commercial, education, Student Accommodation and industrial. Responsibilities • Manage the appointment of the M&E design consultants and M&E contractor • Working on tenders, identifying the opportunities for adding value • Work closely with the project teams to oversee the installation, commissioning and handover process • Delivering alternative solutions and attending client interviews • Oversee the delivery of the design to time and budget Requirements • CSCS card • Demonstrable experience within a similar role • Experience of working in the Education, Commercial or Health • Good knowledge of mechanical and electrical services • Relevant qualification, ideally Bachelor Degree qualified or above. • Excellent communication skills • Full Driving licence For an immediate response please call Leonard on (Apply online only)
