Senior Quantity Surveyor

Our client is a national civil engineering organisation, offering an exceptional reputation within North Wales/South Wales/West Midlands/South West. Due to their ever increasing portfolio of secured work, they are now looking for a permanent rail or civils senior quantity surveyor that has extensive experience. To be successful in the position of senior quantity surveyor, it is required that you have skills and experience in the following areas: Have worked with various forms of contract within the rail and civils sector You have previously worked on many rail / civils based projects, offerng a proven track record A degree in Quantity Surveying Excellent negotiation skills, used to dealing with variations and additional works Used to dealing with purchase orders Strong Numerical and IT skills. Professional approach with excellent communication skills.
