Tekla Draughtsperson

Asset Appointments are working with a specialist steel who are looking to increase their head count of the design team due to an increase in business. Working as part of a large multi functional team you will be responsible for producing details, arrangement drawings and associated documentation: • Calculation of the steel structures • Create and modify 3D models • 2D drawing , General Metal Fabrication, Steel Fabrication • Creation of accurate technical (workshop) documentation • Creation of BOMs • Design and drafting of steel framework • Design and drafting of steel facades • Knowledge of European Standards Preferred: Tekla Structures Advanced Training Course The ideal candidate will have experience of working on both road and rail bridges and also large scale structural building projects, but all previous experience will be considered H.N.C. Building Studies City & Guilds Computer Aided Engineering Level 3 C.A.D. Minimum requirement : Tekla Structures Basic Training Course 2+ years experience in a similar role O.N.C. Building Studies
