Contracts Director / Operations Manager - London
A regional main contractor based in North London is looking to appoint an Contracts Director / Operations Manager delivering schemes to £10m in value.
With a turnover of £20m and a plan for this to grow to £30m+ over the next 3-5 years, the Company has enjoyed a steady growth year on year.
Their projects range from small refurbishment schemes of £500k through to new build and refurbishment projects with values to £10m in the high value Residential, Leisure and Retail sectors throughout London.
With a target of increasing the Client base, project size and capability you will work very closely with the Managing Director and Operations Director. Ideally you will have a strong operations track record in Construction and Residential markets, and will be able to demonstrate strong leadership, communication and motivational skills.
As the Contracts Director / Operations Manager you will have a strong background of delivering projects across multiple sectors and will also be able to demonstrate that you can successfully win new work.
The successful candidate will ideally come from a commercial background and will have worked for medium size main contractors and be able to demonstrate a hands-on approach, think on your feet and back strategic business decisions.
On offer for this Operations Manager role is a salary of £80,000 - £90,000 per annum plus a comprehensive benefits package.
