Job Description
Through expansion and wider company growth, a Payroll Delivery Manager is required for a multinational business based in Oldham.
This is a permanent position and will require candidates to carry out the following: managing the payroll function and work with HR to ensure SLAs to company clients are adhered too; this role will oversee the payroll services which includes full payroll production through to pension administration & HR administration. You will monitor KPIs, ensure all deadlines are met & ensure that all internal & external queries are resolved quickly and professionally.
As Payroll Delivery Manager will be fundamental in process improvements, service improvements and the daily management of a team.
In order to be considered for this role, you must have previous worked within a service delivery/shared services environment and have strong payroll management experience.
