Senior Construction Manager

Do you have new build residential experience? Are you comfortable managing RC Frame structure? Then this job could be for you! Senior Site Manager required for a large main contractor, to run a project in central London, as the lead manager out on site. You will be responsible for managing one of many blocks on this scheme, this block is for 47 units. This involves taking the project from RC Frame stage through to external envelope. Experience of managing frames and structures sub-contractors, being comfortable with RC curing times, to understand RC detail on design and safety procedures are essential. Duties include: * Managing the programme. * Ensuring health and safety is adhered to. * Managing sub-contractors and also delegating works to assistant managers beneath you. * Involved in weekly meetings and reporting to the PM.
