SITE MANAGER - £250 PER DAY - SOUTH EAST LONDON Site Manager required for a large main contractor. The project is a large residential site based in central London. This is a long term freelance position with the option of going temp to perm. You will mainly be looking after all internal and finishing packages from 1st fix drylining onward. you will be responsible for 16 units, working within a large team of site managers, each with there own area. Duties include: Managing and coordinating sub-contractors CMLs Detailed snag reports Snagging and de-snagging Implementing health and safety You must have CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid and must be able to provide references.
