Multi Trade Operative / Handy Man – Social Housing £Competitive plus company van and excellent benefits My Client is a National Leading Social Housing Contractor specialising in Voids, Planned and Reactive Repairs and they are currently in need of an experienced Multi Trade Operative with a full UK driving license for immediate start. This is a permanent role and will be covering mostly reactive / planned maintenance jobs and occasional voids work. You will have a good experience with most kinds of property maintenance needs. This includes Plumbing, Carpentry / Joinery, Tiling, Guttering, Fascia and Soffit, Bathrooms, Kitchen and Bedroom refits, Painting and Decorating, etc. REQUIREMENTS: Good communication skills and ability to work under pressure Proven track record in residential maintenance, ideally within the Social Housing sector Good multi skilled background Flexibility – Some out of hours requirement Live within the Newhaven, East Sussex area Please apply with your CV or contact Gerry Adams on (Apply online only) for more information on this role
