Mechanical Contracts Manager

My client is a rapidly expanding independent Mechanical Contractor based close to the M25 in Hertfordshire. The business specialises in Mechanical CAT A and CAT B installation contracts on residential and commercial projects. Within this role you will manage the delivery of 2 new, high profile projects within Central London. This will be a very client facing role so previous experience of dealing with clients is paramount. You must also have a successful track record in delivering mechanical projects from start to finish, where the project values are up to £3 million. The role will see you responsible for: - Onsite procurement - RAMS - Project pricing - Tendering for new projects - Liaising directly with the client - Overseeing all onsite operations - Onsite Health & Safety Further requirements: - Degree in Building Services or HNC, HND equivalent. - NVQ Level 6 in Site Management is advantageous - CSCS card - First Aid For further information on this opportunity please contact James Plant at the London Office on (Apply online only).
