BREEAM/Environmental Co-ordinator

My client is a national building contractor looking to recruit a BREEAM/Environmental Co-ordinator to join their business on a full time permanent basis. Working with the Design Managers, you will be responsible for review and assessing design information and collating all records and evidence throughout the construction processes to achieve the BREEAM Excellent rating. Understanding of the BREEAM certification criteria and the accrediting process is essential, along with the ability to provide input to design development, procurement, design team meetings, and liaison with specialist sub-contractors and suppliers. You may be from a Design Coordination background, or Document Control role where you have undertaken this function as an expansion of the role.
