Project Architect

BRC currently have an opportunity with a mid-sized, Design led Practice based in the Heart of Cardiff town Centre. The position would provide the successful candidate with the opportunity to work on a range of large scale commercial, mixed-use and residential schemes, primarily based in South Wales and the South West. The majority of the projects would be high profile, city centre developments offering a unique and challenging working environment, where the projects you`re working on will be a short walk from the office. As a number of projects are mid-way through, you`ll be helping to pick up and deliver the remaining schemes while starting to take on your own projects, which you`ll manage from concept through to delivery. Development opportunities are offered through to Director Level, along with a healthy benefits package. Your experience: - A minimum of 4 years` experience post qualification - Solid UK project experience in the Commercial sector, working on projects from concept through to completion - Sound understanding in the production of full UK building control, tender and construction packages. - Experience securing planning applications. - Fluent in the use of AutoCAD - Strong Revit experience is preferable, but not essential For more information please contact Sam Cooper-Woolley on (Apply online only) or email (url removed)
