Retail Estate Manager West Midlands Up to £45,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus A leading Retail business with an extensive UK portfolio are looking to identify an Estates Manager to cover a large patch managing a portfolio. The desired individual will assist the existing team, covering a wide range of duties to include site visits across the portfolio, dealing with Property Management issues, accurate and timely reporting of information with a main focus on rent reviews and lease renewals. The ideal Estate Manager will have an RICS accredited Degree preferably relating to General Practice, and experience gained within an in-house environment or Property consultancy. As this covers a large portfolio, national travel will be expected. Responsibilities: • Rent reviews and lease renewals for 300+ properties. • Be responsible for landlord and tenant issues, service charge budgets and property management. • Ensure the highest customer service is provided to maintain a solid reputation of the brand. Experience & Skills: • Previous experience within an Estates Manager/Property Manager role for commercial property, experience in retail would be advantageous. • Working knowledge of property management policies and processes including Landlord and Tenant 1954 legislation. • Exceptional standard of time management, personal motivation and attention to detail. • Qualified to MRICS level would be advantageous.
