Site Manager

Freelance Site Manager's job available. A new client to Sphere are looking for a Site Manager, to work across a £10M new build 'Life Science's' development. The project itself involves the construction and fit out of high spec Laboratories and Clean Rooms. Your new company are a well known regional developer, with a good presence within the south west. This project will be overseen by their Bristol office. My client are looking for a stand alone individual, with experience within the 'Life Science's' sector being essential. You will be able to monitor and maintain quality, manage subcontractors, ensure health & safety procedures are adhered to at all times and be able to complete all company paperwork as required. Due to the specification of the job, drawings must be followed precisely, along with the specific finishes being completed to the letter. Previous examples of commercial new build and fit out would be beneficial, whilst SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid are another essential requirement.
