Design manager ( rapidly expanding Irish main contractor )

My client are an Irish main contractor that have won £(Apply online only)m worth of work in London and to manage it they want to hire experienced and ambitious design managers. Its a mix of new hotel,apartments and residential. Where would you get 4-5 years pipeline with a main contractor ? We want design managers with a technical background who have experience of managing £5m+ projects and must know the London market. re salary/package, we will pay a premium to what you are currently on and we will supply a pipeline of work unheard of in the London market.
