X2 Customer Service roles in the North West working in a successful and lively main office in Warrington. Temporary and permanent opportunities for confident customer service representatives.
The Opportunity:
Our client a successful contractor with a group turn over of £150m a year is looking for two people to work its in Customer Services department. You will be working in the maintenance department taking call from clients and tenants about maintenance queries / repairs required on domestic properties in the North West and liaising with the necessary trades to ensure speedy repair work is carried out to its customers.
Duties will include:
Answering a large number of calls each week
Managing clients / tenants and tradesmen
Booking diary appointments for trades / tenants
Follow up calls to ensure works are carried out to customer satisfaction
Skills / Experience:
Previous experience working in a customer services environment highly desirable
Able to prioritise workload and work under pressure
Excellent phone manner - and be able to manage high volumes of calls.
Those with call centre or TLO (Tenant liaison officer) experience would be actively invited to apply).
