Experienced Resident Liaison Officers needed (TLO / RLO) on a regeneration programme (internal works-k&b’s) in North London. Desired person must be prepared to drive as properties are scattered but we will cover the business mileage. Reputable social housing contractor require an individual that is comfortable dealing with tenants queries on the everyday basis as well as sub contractors and a client. Strong attention to detail and customer focus is a must.
