Multi Skilled Engineer

RPS Recruitment are recruiting for an experienced and dedicated Multi-Skilled Engineer/Electrician to work for our clients facilities in the Yorkshire and Greater Manchester areas. The role will involve completing routine PPM's and reactive maintenance to all electrical / lighting systems within the facilities and new installations as required. There will also be general fabric maintenance to complete. Job Description The role is an maintenance role covering the building services maintenance. Ensure the PPM's and reactive maintenance is completed Work on the electrical systems, lighting, emergency lighting, display lighting, sockets, switchboards, fuses, distribution and controls Ensuring all statutory requirements are maintained Assisting with general upkeep and fabric maintenance Requirements Ideally Qualified Electrical Engineer up to 17th edition Experience of maintenance operations Willing to work on wet plumbing and general handyperson tasks if required Ideally experience of other mechanical disciplines such as HVAC, AHU, AC etc..
