Assistant Quantity Surveyor

My client are a highly successful Regional Contractor based in the North West. They specialise in new build and refurbishment projects up to £20m across multiple sectors. Due to continued expansion within the business, they currently have an opening for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their already strong commercial team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Assistant Quantity Surveyor to progress their career with a well established construction company. The Assistant Quantity Surveyor will be site based on Projects throughout the North West and will support either a QS or Senior QS on all commercial requirements. Duties will include: * Procurement of sub-contractors * Place orders and contracts with sub-contractors * Assist in the preparation of monthly costs reports * Manage all sub-contractor payments * Agree final accounts with sub-contractors * Attend client meetings To apply for this role, you will need to be educated to degree level and have at least 2 years post graduate experience with a Main Contractor on similar types of projects.
