Senior Building Services Manager (Mechanical / Electrical) - £60k basic plus package - Wiltshire SP2 8BJ Are you a Senior Building Services Manager who has a strong background within the Mechanical and Electrical Sector with exposure to large multi-million-pound construction projects? With the ability and experience to maximise staff productivity, manage budget and work to tight deadlines you’ll possess a pro-active nature and have the charisma and personality to drive, motivate and lead projects. With a confident, personable and professional approach this could represent an excellent opportunity, if you have demonstrable experience within the Building Services sector managing multiple direct reports. The successful Senior Building Services Manager will have experience in the following key areas: - Leadership, Project Management and team work within the technical arena - Reading complex engineering drawings - Turnkey product knowledge with the Building Services Electrical / Mechanical Sector - Organisational support - Budgetary control and working to deadline - An understanding of large Mechanical / Electrical Building Services Projects - Self motivated, able to demonstrate an innovative approach Exciting opportunity within a niche market, this role would suit anyone who has previous Senior Building Services Management and is comfortable working to deadlines with a good customer focussed approach.
