Site Manager – Residential – Manchester A medium sized family owned contractor is currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to join run a residential scheme in Manchester. Valuing at £5m the project will comprise circa 30 new build houses both traditional build and timber frame. Working alongside some of the largest housing associations in the North West this contractor prides itself in 100% client satisfaction. As Site Manager you will take ownership of the day to day running of site reporting into a visiting Contracts Manager. Managing Assistant Site Managers you will responsible for overseeing all internal and external subcontractors. You will have proven residential experience and ideally have progressed from a trades background. You will feel comfortable with maintaining relationships with clients such as housing associations and subcontractors. Essential: - SMSTS - First Aid - CSCS - Longevity with main contractor or developer - Residential experience. On offer is an attractive salary, generous package and a clear career progression path
