Quantity Surveyor - M&E Mechanical and Electrical

Our Client an internationally recognised Construction Consultancy is seeking an experienced quantity surveyor to join their specialist MEP Cost Management team, to manage the building services elements of their projects, to support their architectural cost management teams, and to manage and lead MEP projects. Typically projects are across many property sectors including commercial; sport and leisure; healthcare; public; industrial Key responsibilities include: * MEP Cost Planning * MEP Estimating * Pre-contract estimating of MEP systems * MEP procurement advice * Tender management * Post contract cost control * Final Accounts * MEP specialist cost research * Managing our Cost Management Services to clients * Developing and maintaining client relationships in the MEP market in the North West Applicants will ideally be degree qualified or equivalent, MRICS qualified, or working towards becoming chartered via the APC route. Candidates should have a strong cost management background, with experience of the role of a private practice quantity surveyor. It would be preferable if the candidate has a knowledge of, or an interest in MEP Building Services
