Project Coordination Manager

Our Client a multinational Property Developer presently involved in the development of £600m+ high rise residential development on one of the tallest buildings in Europe, based in London require a Project Coordination Manager from a Civil/Structural background with 2+ years experience post graduation within the construction industry with some previous high-rise experience preferred. Your responsibilities would include coordinating site activities between the project teams based in the UK and overseas, sub contractor and consultant management etc. The desired candidate will be degree qualified, from a construction background with experience of either working with a property developer or main contractor in a similar role involved with commercial, residential building projects. Fluency in Mandarin is essential along with the ability to work in the UK without any Visa restrictions.
