General Foreman

GENERAL FOREMAN REQUIRED My client is a national Soil Stabilisation contractor Looking for someone from a Groundworks/Earthworks background. Due to recent growth and increased work load my client is looking to recruit for a General foreman to oversee work on their latest projects. Types of Projects: • Soil Stabilisation Duties Include • This is a customer facing role and you will be responsible for liasing with clients site management structure and visitors • Briefing the labour force and planning each day • Tool box talks • H&S site checks and paperwork • Overseeing movement of plant and maintenance management What we are looking for • The ideal Candidate will be from a Groundworks/Earthworks background • At least 3 years experience running Groundworks/Earthworks teams • CSCS as minimum Locations of work: • Nationwide must be willing to travel £65 per night logging allowance Salary and Package: • Salary up to £40,000 plus Car and package
