Site Manager – Oxford – Main Contractor – Residential – £45,000 - £50,000 per annum. A Main Contactor are seeking a Site Manager to join their team on a project in Oxford. The Contractor offer a complete service from pre-planning to turn-key across a wide variety of sectors including residential, commercial fit –out and mixed-use schemes. Project values range from £3m to £12m. The Site Manager is sought for a new build residential project in Oxford. They will be required to manage the complete build programme of 14 houses from groundworks through to completion. The Site Manager will be supervising all trades and subcontractors and will be responsible for H&S procedures. This is a greenfield site and the houses will be traditional build. The Site Manager will ideally have worked on similar sized traditional build projects and have a strong construction knowledge. A valid CSCS, SMSTS and first aid are essential
