Contracts Manager

Contracts Manager – Main Contractor – Multiple Projects – London, Berkshire & Hampshire - £65,000 - £70,000 per annum. A well established Main Contractor are seeking a Contracts Manager to oversee a number of projects in London, Berkshire and Hampshire. The company are experts in the construction of commercial buildings, retail parks and distribution centres. They have expanded into the production of bespoke residential, student accommodation and hotel sectors. Due to an expanding workload, a Contracts Manager is sought to oversee a number of these projects. The Contracts Manager will be responsible for the planning and delivery of 4-5 projects valued between £1m - £10m. They will be managing the site teams and will be required to visit sites weekly. The Contracts Manager will be required to work on bids and tenders, produce building programmes and ensure that these are adhered to, implement H&S procedures and work closely with senior management, design and commercial staff. This opportunity would suit a Project Manager who is looking for a step-up with a greater degree of control and responsibility
