An opportunity to join an experienced Main Contractor as mid-senior level Design Manager. You will work on projects across the UK typically within the High Rise sector covering Mixed Use, Residential & Student Accommodation. The Role; * Review of design proposals, under building regulations * Support internal processes, Pre-construction, bids, quantity surveying, project management * Dealing with external management * Support junior and assistant design team Key Skills; * Construction management experience * Degree Qualified * Excellent communication, technical and project coordination skills.
