Currently recruiting for a Senior Quantity Surveyor with a High-End Residential Contractor in Mayfair/Sloane Square. The client is a fantastic company who work exclusively in the High-End Residential sector. Their projects are often bespoke and working in the affluent areas of London (think Mayfair, Knightsbridge and Kensington). This current project is a £15 million luxury house in Belgravia. They are a highly sought after Main Contractor who have one of the highest employment retention rates with the Construction Industry. Roles within this company come up seldom. On offer for the Senior Quantity Surveyor position is a basic salary in the region of £60,000 circa p.a. depending on experience plus benefits package.
