JUNIOR MECHANICAL ENGINEER (Building Services-HVAC)

Our client offers a range of Mechanical & Electrical Building consultancy services and due to expansion is looking for a Mechanical Engineer at a junior level. Reporting to a Senior Engineer your role shall be to offer technical assistance and support in the design of mechanical building services installations for Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) services etc. on a variety of commercial new build and refurbishment projects. This will include assisting in the production of design calculations, reports, specifications, occasional surveys, compilation of technical information and drawings. Candidate requirements: • Qualified in Building Services OR Mechanical Engineering (University degree or HND) • Ideally 12 months previous experience in Mechanical Services design although graduate applications are welcome • Proficient IT skills with AutoCAD or Revit advantageous • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ambition to further your career
