MOBILE MULTI SKILLED ENGINEER SPEC This is an excellent opportunity for a Mobile Multi Skilled Engineer to join a well established and successful M&E Projects and Maintenance company in the South East and Greater London area. About the company: My client are a multi disciplined Building Services, Engineering and FM company based in the Southern Home Counties. They provide; > Construction and Fit-Out Services > Full FM Services; Planned & Reactive Maintenance and 24/7 Call Out > M&E Projects; Full Mechanical & Electrical Fit Outs > They are growing fast and having won new contracts in the Greater London and South East recently, they are looking to add a Mobile Multi Skilled Engineer to their successful engineering team. The Mobile Multi Skilled Engineer Duties & Responsibilities; > To carry out routine PPM's > Working mobile around London and the South East counties primarily > Responding to reactive calls > Replacing fixtures and fittings, repairs to door frames, window frames and architrave as well as general property maintenance services and ‘making-good’ faults i.e. locks, windows, tiling, flooring and associated ‘ad-hoc’ duties as business needs dictates. > A good understanding of M&E/HVAC > Plumbing repairs and minor installations as required > Must have a flexible approach and a 'Can do' attitude. > Be a good problem solver and ability to fault find and rectify.
