Quantity Surveyor- Islington

The client, a leading Main Contractor is currently seeking a Quantity Surveyor. They have been operating across London and the South East for over 50 years and are renowned for operating with Integrity and reliability. A requirement has arisen for a Quantity Surveyor to join on a £150 million project in Islington. The role will be purely site based. They are a Main Contractor with a £200 million turnover. The work would be site based in Islington. The project value is £130 million and is scheduled for the next 6 years. This role would suit someone familiar with working from a schedule of rates perhaps within the maintenance sector or within Social Housing. In addition a large proportion of the work will be sub-contractor management.
