Site Manager - Large Refurb - Nottingham

Net Temps is currently seeking a Site Manager in Nottingham to work the rip out & refurbishment of a large commercial office building in the heart of the city for six months. The developer is looking for someone practised with high cost refurbishment projects, with a proven ability to deliver results on time and to a high spec finish. Preferred candidates will already be well established within the industry and be familiar with curtain wall construction and light ground works. You must be a proactive site manager and a team player who can put their hand to a variety of different tasks. Job Details: • All Managers will require CSCS, SMSTS & First Aid • Must be knowledgeable surrounding Health and Safety on site • Demonstrate strong communication skills. • Scaffold appreciation ticket is desirable. • A proven history with refurbishment & fit out of large scale commercial/office projects Rate of pay is between £20-22 per hour, depending on experience.
