The Role The successful Intermediate Quantity Surveyor will be joining an experienced Consultancy where you will be a valuable individual on a highly talented team and provide a full service to a wide range of clients. * Attending client, site and design team meetings * Acting as an Employers Agent * Pre and Post contract activities * Project management * Advise on procurement and contract strategies The Person The successful Intermediate Quantity Surveyor will have: * 5+ years' experience and a quantity surveying degree * Chartered or seeking MRICS * Employer's Agent experience is ideal * Cost planning * Management experience * Private and Public Sector knowledge In return?
