Facade Manager

Facade Manager - Rainscreen Cladding - New Build retail- North London - £300 A facade manager is needed with strong background in rainscreen cladding, who ideally started on the tools and worked their way up to site management. You will be overseeing a facade package valued between £10m and £15m so a strong knowledge of facades is vital, you will need to be confident enough to direct the sub contractors. All aspects of this scheme will finished to a very high standard so a keen eye for detail is expected. The successful Facade Manager will be highly motivated and be able to work in a busy, pressurised environment and have proven experiences working to tight deadlines. This is a temporary role for at least 9 months until the package has been delivered.
