Senior Quantity Surveyor - PQS/Consultancy - Manchester A UK leading consultancy is seeking an exceptional Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their Manchester office and lead several new projects. The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be part of a long-term plan to expand and grow the Company. The successful Senior Quantity will be joining the Consultancy at a very exciting time and will be involved in projects across a variety of different sectors such as: Housing, Education, Commercial and more. Alongside this long-term plan, the successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be joining and managing small, thriving quantity surveying team in a vibrant atmosphere whilst providing a specialist service to clients. The Role The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will work with a creative and intelligent team that will provide a high-class service to a diverse range of respected clients and face real technical challenges Day to day role will include: * Cost planning * Client interface * Pre and Post Contract * Preparing documentation * Employer Agent roles * Building commercial relationships The Person The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will have/be: * 8 years' Consultancy experience * A history of managing projects * Business Development skills are important * Career * Develop strong working relationships with colleagues and clients In return?
